Sip on saké this summer as cherry blossoms blow in the breeze
Get a taste of Tokyo inside our Tatsuo Miyajima-inspired Cherry Blossom Bar – open through summer. Order share plates of Izakaya-style fare – think edamame, gyoza and bento boxes – while you watch the ebb and flow of Circular Quay under a canopy of blossoms and lanterns.
On the menu you’ll find cocktails crafted with revered Japanese whiskies and saké by QT Hotel Sydney mixologist Jared Thibault. The Cherry Blossom Bar has been designed in creative partnership between the MCA, Culinary Edge and Paper Moose.
The pop-up Cherry Blossom Bar coincides with Tatsuo Miyajima: Connect With Everything – part of the Sydney International Art Series.
