Young Guides
– join our team

MCA Young Guides are a committed team of arts-interested volunteers between the ages of 15 – 21 who deliver professional tours of our exhibitions to museum visitors.
Young Guides gain behind-the-scenes insight into the art world. The team are mentored across the year by artists and learn professional techniques for researching art, build communication skills and confidence in public speaking, and make lasting friendships with like-minded people.
