Making Art Public
– Behind-the-scenes of large-scale art installation

Using Anish Kapoor’s Sky Mirror as a starting point for discussion, discover the logistical and engineering challenges and feats behind installing work in public places. Hear from Tony Mighell, MCA Exhibition Services Manager along with Eamonn Madden, Group Managing Director and Jeremy Sparks, Director Partridge Events, from Partridge Engineers, specialists in the installation of public artworks such as those seen in Art and About’s Live Lanes project.
