Grant Stevens works across various media including sculpture, drawing and photography but he is best known for his video work. Over the last ten years he has experimented with sound, text and imagery to explore and manipulate the conventions of narrative. At the core of his practice is a desire to understand how we construct and communicate our experiences – lived, imagined, social and psychological.
Grant Stevens’ new video was commissioned by the MCA to celebrate the major redevelopment and to acknowledge the generosity of individuals and organisations who have supported the capital project.
